What I'd never automate: practical AI for small teams

02
Training2 h

AI security basics for startups

What leaks when your team pastes data into AI tools, how to spot AI-generated phishing, and the access rules every small company needs. You leave with a one-page policy you can adopt the same week.

03
Hands-on90 min

Slack & Jira on autopilot

Live builds of the automations that remove routine admin: ticket triage, status updates, approvals. You'll see the build step by step and take the templates home.

One engine, five countries

I built one exam-prep engine and adapted it into 9 apps across five countries, out of 16 apps I have live in total. The Italian boating-licence app (Patente Nautica) is where people started paying: 16 subscribers (October 2026). In this talk: what made that market work, what didn't carry over, and how to test a niche before you build.
