Evgeny Goncharov is building TechConcepts and Alarifa from Madrid, under his holding, Goncharov Group. TechConcepts is an automation studio: custom Slack bots, AI routing for Jira and fund-operations automation, built inside a company's own systems, with pilots in about two weeks. The same team has shipped 17 apps that are live on the App Store, including exam-prep apps for five countries built on one shared engine. Alarifa is an AI operating partner for financial-services operators. Since September 2024 he has hosted Innovate Spain: The IT Chronicles, conversations with the people building Spain's tech scene, on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts. He gives talks and workshops in English and Spanish on practical AI for small teams, AI security basics for startups and Slack and Jira automation. Before that he worked at Yandex and EY. Online he goes by Jenya Go.
